Flooring
Tile, marble, hardwood, and vinyl — properly prepped and installed.
Tile, marble, hardwood or vinyl, a floor is only as good as what it sits on. We check levels and prepare the base before a single piece goes down, so the floor stays flat, quiet and free of cracks.
What we install
- Porcelain and ceramic tiles
- Marble and natural stone
- Engineered hardwood and laminate
- Vinyl and SPC flooring
- Skirting and thresholds between rooms
Preparation comes first
Old floors are lifted or checked for hollow spots, the base is levelled with screed where needed, and wet areas are waterproofed before tiling. Expansion gaps are left where the material needs them. Skipping these steps is why floors crack, sound hollow or lift.
Choosing the right floor
Marble is beautiful but needs sealing and care. Vinyl is quick to install and handles moisture well. Hardwood brings warmth but does not suit wet rooms. We advise based on the room, how much foot traffic it gets and how much upkeep you want.
What affects the cost
Floor area, material, the condition of the existing floor, how complex the pattern is, and how much levelling the base needs.
