AC / HVAC
Duct cleaning, AC relocation, and ventilation work.
AC duct cleaning, AC relocation and ventilation work. This is the one service we do not carry out with our own hands: HVAC work is done by specialist technicians we work with regularly. We manage them, supervise the work and stay responsible for the result. We say this openly because many contractors call everything in-house when it is not.
What we handle
- AC duct cleaning
- Moving AC units and grilles during a renovation
- Duct changes for new ceilings and layouts
- Bathroom and kitchen extraction
- Fresh air and ventilation improvements
Coordinated with the ceiling
When a layout changes, ducts and grilles have to move with it. We plan AC changes together with the false ceiling and lighting, so grilles line up and access panels sit where technicians can reach them.
What affects the cost
The number of units and grilles, duct length, ceiling access, and whether equipment is moved or replaced.
Before we quote
A layout drawing and the number of AC units. Prices are confirmed after a site inspection.
