Water supply, drainage and fixtures, installed by our in-house plumbers. Most plumbing problems show up months later as leaks or slow drains, so we pressure test the lines and check the slopes before anything is covered.

Done before the finish

In a renovation, plumbing goes in before waterproofing, screed and tiles. We test the lines under pressure before they are closed in, because a leak found after tiling means breaking tiles.

The number of fixtures, whether drains move, pipe lengths, access, and the fixtures you choose.
