Bathroom Renovation
From demolition to final fixture — waterproofing, plumbing, and tiling done right.
A bathroom renovation looks like a tile job, but most of the work sits under the tile. Leaks, cracked grout and damp walls almost always come from the layers below: the slope of the screed, the waterproofing membrane, the drain connections. We build those layers properly, then finish on top.
What a full bathroom renovation includes
- Strip-out of old tiles, fixtures and screed
- Water supply and drainage, rerouted where the layout changes
- Waterproofing on the floor and up the walls in wet zones
- Screed laid with a slope toward the drain
- Electrical points for lighting, mirrors and the extractor fan
- Tiling, sanitaryware, glass and accessories
How long it takes
A typical bathroom renovation takes around 45 days from strip-out to handover. Most of that time goes into layers you never see: each one needs to dry and set before the next goes on. Rushing them is how bathrooms start leaking a year later.
What affects the cost
Size, whether fixtures move to new positions, the tiles and sanitaryware you pick, and extras such as a walk-in shower, wall niches or a concealed cistern. Moving a toilet or a drain usually costs more than any finish upgrade.
Before we quote
Send a layout drawing and a few photos of the current bathroom. The final price is confirmed after a site inspection in Dubai or Sharjah.
